Brooklyn Will Take on Queens in a Division I Championship Cause of This Shot

Lewis asked for the ball, shot the ball but isn’t sure how it went in with her falling hook shot of the glass. The miracle shot will match up the boroughs of Queens vs Brooklyn in the first ever meeting for the Division I title.

didn’t even know the ball went in,” she said. “I just saw the crowd go wild. Then I knew that was it.”
The Bishop Ford star wanted to take the game’s final shot with the score tied and 8.3 seconds remaining. Lewis drove from the left elbow and slipped into the paint. While falling to the floor she managed a no-look hook with her right hand that somehow banked off the glass and in with .4 seconds left.
“I wanted to go scream and go crazy, but I know I can’t,” said Falcons coach Mike Toro, who is battling anxiety. “I was just like, ‘Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus.’”

Bishop Ford’s Aaliyah Lewis scored with .4 seconds left to send her team to the Brooklyn/Queens Division I finals.

Jill Conroy stole Molloy’s last-ditch pass and the Falcons escaped with a 55-53 win in the CHSAA Brooklyn/Queens Division I girls basketball semifinals Thursday night in Park Slope. It is Ford’s first-ever trip to the championship game. It faces No. 4 Christ the King 6 p.m. Saturday in Middle Village. The Royals upset No. 1 Nazareth and split the two-regular season meetings with the Falcons.
“I’ve never beat them there,” Toro said of the Royals. “I have the opportunity to do it for a championship.”

White Kid Jumps Over Another White Kid for a Jordan-esque Dunk

Brandon Nazione is a six-foot-eight guard from Howell High School that is use to bringing down the boards but on this fast break drive Nazione brought the house down with a MONSTAR dunk. Even if he did give the defender a flying knee to the face the dunk is still impressive.

High School Sophomore Patrick Triplett Jr Completely posterizes Another Kid on His First Dunk Ever

When I was in high school I could barely touch the rubber on the backboard and even with that I felt like I had some mad hops for a 5’5 Mexican kid from the barrio. After this video I know I was only kidding myself.

Connell (Wash.) High School Basketball Team Only Plays by Prison Rules

The angry fat kid that seems to have missed dinner and is taking it out on the opposing players by whacking and tackling anybody he can get his chubby hands on is named Cole Vanderbilt. He barely fits into his jersey and is probably only playing basketball to “stay in shape” for football next season even though he is a senior. Vanderbilt’s coach came to the defense of the neagative reaction the video has gotten since it went viral.

Connell coach Oscar Garza told the Tri-City Herald that “Vanderbilt is a tough kid but those that know him know he’s a teddy bear”. Well, remember “Lotso” from Toy Story 3? That fluffy piece of cotton was also a teddy bear and he was a asshole so you need to find another way to cover up your “whack a player” plan cause I have a small feeling you put him up to it, coach Garza.

#42 Kennan VanHollebeke, the other dirty player, is also an asshole. I just wanted to get that out there.
