The trumpet is a bit off in this live performance but the voice of Charles Bradley overcomes that and makes me want to practice making babies with my girl. Just look at this face when he sings, he feels it, he’s lived what he’s speaking and that is what makes this song so fuckin great. I would beleive it if someone told me that he was James Brown illegitimate child or long lost brother. Enjoy this cause music like this seems to be far and long between each.

The thing I love about Curren$y is that I can always find something I’ve never heard before and then it becomes my flavor of the month. This happend to pop up on the winamp one day when I was drunk and working on the site and it just sent laid back shockwaves all through my body. I think I’ve conributed to about 1/3 of this vid. It’s one of those songs that leaves you begging for a remix.
